Keep your readers engaged, one square at a time.
Newsletter Bingo drops a tiny game block into your email. Every send calls a word, one click claims it, and each reader chases bingo on their own game board.
Paste one block into your template, once. No API, no reader accounts, no app.
How it works
Set it up over lunch. Then it runs itself.

1
Pick words that sound like your publication
Load your word library once: inside jokes, beat vocabulary, the words your readers would recognize as yours. Each game draws a fresh pool and calls one word per send. Keep adding words and future games stay fresh without you touching anything.
-
2
Paste one block into your email template
Copy the snippet, paste it into your template, and you're done integrating. The HTML is evergreen: the block keeps up with the game on its own and your platform's merge tags identify the reader, so the block you pasted in week one is still correct in week fifty. No API, no plugin, no re-paste per issue.

Every click claims a square
The click itself is the claim: no landing page hurdle, no login. Each reader gets a stable, randomized board, and a called word fills a square only on the cards that hold it. That's what makes it bingo. One claim per reader per word, and stale links from old sends can look but not claim.

Prizes award themselves, and the next game starts
Complete a line, win the line prize. Fill the board, win the blackout. Awards happen automatically, once per reader per game, with the sponsor's name and link attached. When the last word is called, the game wraps up and the next one starts with fresh words. You never reset anything.
Sponsorship
You didn't just add a game. You added inventory.
An ad spot readers scroll to
The presenting sponsor line
"Presented by" rides the block in every send of the game. Not a one-issue banner: a whole 30-word game of the sponsor's name in the exact place your most engaged readers look first.
Sell it by the square
Any call of the game can carry its own sponsor. That word gets the sponsor's message and a click-counted link, and readers click it to claim their square, whether it arrives with today's send or this week's issue. Mark it a prize call and the sponsor's word pays out a bonus too.
Two prizes to sell
The line prize and the blackout prize each carry a name, an image, and a link you control. A gift card, a discount, a product drop: the sponsor funds the prize, and winners click through to claim it.
Numbers for the renewal call
Sponsor, word, and prize links are all click-counted, and your analytics show claims across the game, send by send. When a sponsor asks what their spot bought them, you hand over the answer and book the next one.
Sell it whole or slice it up: one presenting sponsor for the game, single squares for smaller advertisers, prizes for whoever wants the winner's moment. Even one sponsor pays for the game many times over.
Built to be no extra work
You already have a newsletter to write
Every design decision assumes your time goes into the publication, not into running a game.
One paste, then evergreen
The embed HTML never changes. The block keeps up with the game on its own, so the one you pasted months ago always shows the current call.
Works with your email platform
Reader identity comes from the merge tags your platform already supports. If you can paste custom HTML, you can run Newsletter Bingo.
No reader accounts, ever
A reader's email address is their identity. Boards persist across the whole game with nothing to sign up for and nothing to forget.
Fits your cadence, daily or not
Publish every day and the word flips with the calendar, in your publication's timezone. Publish by the issue and the word advances with each send. You choose per publication.
Fair by construction
One claim per reader per word, enforced at the database. Forwarded emails and stale links can't double-claim or fake a streak.
Games rotate themselves
When the last word is called, awards stand and the next game starts with fresh words from your library. There is no reset button because there's nothing to reset.
Pricing
One flat price. One sponsor covers it.
Everything is included from day one: games, boards, prizes, sponsorship tools, and analytics. No tiers to compare, no per-reader pricing that punishes growth.
